Volume Sales

1. Product

A Volume is a packaged collection of Creator Content made available for one-time purchase.

The exact access method may vary by format and Platform feature.

2. Seller

Unless checkout states otherwise, the Creator offering the Volume is the seller responsible for the underlying product and its legal compliance.

Drift & Quill provides the technology and transaction facilitation.

3. Purchase license

A buyer receives a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased Volume through the Platform according to the applicable product terms.

A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work.

4. Availability

Drift & Quill will use reasonable efforts to provide purchased access, but access may be affected by:

• outages;
• account suspension or termination;
• copyright or legal removals;
• security events;
• payment reversals;
• Creator removal where permitted;
• Platform changes; or
• circumstances beyond Drift & Quill's reasonable control.

Nothing here limits a consumer remedy that applicable law requires.

Where a Creator's Content becomes unavailable because the Creator removes it, loses required rights, violates these Terms, loses payment eligibility, or is subject to a rights dispute, Drift & Quill is not responsible for the Creator's underlying failure merely because the Platform previously made the Content available, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Pricing and taxes

The price displayed at checkout, together with applicable taxes and other disclosed charges, governs the transaction.

Creators are responsible for accurate pricing and required tax obligations.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by applicable law, payment-network rules, the checkout terms, and the Refunds & Disputes policy.

Nothing in this policy eliminates a mandatory consumer refund or withdrawal right.

7. Prohibited purchases

Users may not purchase through fraudulent, stolen, unauthorized, or abusive payment methods.

Drift & Quill may cancel or reverse transactions associated with fraud, unauthorized payments, policy violations, or payment-provider requirements.
